What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are in AUD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Shipping to Metro areas should be 3-5 business days and Regional areas should be around 8-10 business days.

Can I get a refund on my order?Unfortunately, orders cannot be refunded once they have been personalized. Each personalized item is made specifically for the customer, and therefore, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these customized products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via the contact page. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before it has been shipped. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is time is up to 10 business days.
